Accounts Payable Clerk - Hybrid Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Sheridan Maine South. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Input and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Payment Processing: Prepare and process supplier payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Statement Reconciliations: Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Expense Management: Process employee expenses and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Respond to invoice queries, maintain positive relationships with suppliers, and obtain approvals from internal departments.
  • Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, intermediate IT skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Strong communication skills are essential, and the ability to speak a European language would be a valuable asset.
