Teaching Assistant Opportunity:
Aspire People are currently seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join our team, working with children who require both educational support and personal care assistance. About the Job:
As a teaching assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the child in accessing the curriculum, providing tailored support to meet their individual learning needs. You will also be required to provide personal care support, including toileting, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Additionally, you will work closely with the class teacher to ensure the child's needs are met, and track their progress through effective communication with parents and other professionals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred, particularly in a classroom setting.
* Ability to provide personal care support, including toileting, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
* Willingness to undergo training and development to meet the needs of the role.

Benefits:
