About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Lavender Court in Taunton. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, enabling them to live their lives as they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as mealtimes and personal care
  • Engage residents in activities and provide companionship
  • Work from care plans to ensure individualised care and support
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
