As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for supervising passenger services activities and ensuring customer satisfaction, health & safety, quality standards, and performance targets are met.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of DCS systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a demanding environment. A proven track record in passenger services, supervisory experience, and good organizational skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise check-in, boarding, transfers, and re-roster staff
  • Evaluate and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement effective staff allocation strategies
Requirements:
  • Expert DCS system knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment
  • Educated to 'A' level standard or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge of company procedures and customer airlines
  • Proven experience in Passenger Services
  • Supervising experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Allocating staff experience (preferred)
  • 1 year minimum customer service experience - face-to-face
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
