Job Title: Commercial Contracts Project Manager

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management office, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the commercial activity group, including the project agreement and its range of obligations
  • Provide regular monitoring information and support the management of individual procurements and contracts
  • Refine and improve project management documentation and processes
  • Ensure that they are best utilized and updated in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Specialist project knowledge to postgraduate level or equivalent experience (PRINCE2 practitioner or relevant experience)
  • CIPS, or similar professional procurement qualification
  • Evidence of continuing professional development, education, training
  • Legal knowledge and understanding of contractual matters
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
  • Good communication and negotiating skills
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical, interpretations, and judgmental skills
  • Ability to think and act strategically
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Ability to make contractual decisions
