We are seeking a highly skilled Wellbeing Specialist to join our team at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Home-Based Treatment Service, you will work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote recovery, independence, and overall wellbeing.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
