Job Overview: ACCEND Programme Lead

The Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to lead the implementation of the ACCEND programme, providing critical guidance on knowledge, skills, and capabilities required by non-medical healthcare professionals in cancer care.

Main Duties:
  • Work closely with senior leadership to embed the ACCEND framework into existing processes.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and pedagogical support to enable cancer clinicians to demonstrate their ACCEND competencies.
