We are seeking a skilled Woodwork Specialist to join our Building Maintenance team in Belfast, Northern Ireland. As a Woodwork Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking various woodwork tasks within domestic properties.

About the Role

">

The successful candidate will have experience in 1st and 2nd fix Joinery, with a valid CSCS/CSR card. They will be required to work efficiently, using the Impact system, and adhere to statutory regulations, company policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Undertake all elements of 1st and 2nd fix Joinery">
  • Assist the Foreman in producing a quality product within the contract period">
  • Ensure efficient use of the Impact system">
  • Adhere to Client contract KPI's and target dates and timeframes">
  • Provide a high-quality service to tenants">

Requirements

">

The ideal candidate will have a relevant trade qualification, such as NVQ or equivalent, and a full, valid, clean driving license. They will also possess excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and teamwork values.
