About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team in Kendal. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our Site Controller in maintaining account ledgers, preparing financial reports, and processing invoices. You'll also assist in preparing documentation for external and internal audits and provide necessary support during audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Raising invoices and credit notes to customers
  • Setting up new customer and supplier accounts
  • Performing reconciliations between our ledger and customer portals
  • Providing necessary support during audit processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You'll also need to take ownership and be responsible for Product Legality, Quality, and Authenticity. The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
