Cover Supervisor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team at Lowton St Mary's CE Primary School and Nursery. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our teaching and learning environment, ensuring that our students receive the best possible education.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality support to our teaching staff, ensuring that lessons are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Assist with the planning and preparation of lessons, ensuring that they are engaging and challenging for our students.
- Support the development of our students' skills and knowledge, helping them to achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with our teaching staff and other support staff to ensure that our students receive a comprehensive and inclusive education.
- A strong commitment to the Christian ethos of our school.
- High expectations of all pupils, with a focus on raising standards and improving outcomes.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development, with a desire to learn and grow as a professional.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
