We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Automation Lead to join our team at QCS Staffing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI and automation strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.

1. Review and refine current AI and automation strategies to ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
2. Project manage the development and implementation of new automation software, from initiation to ongoing ownership.
3. Own the AI strategy for QCS Staffing, ensuring the effective use of AI tools while maintaining security and data protection.
4. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across all business channels.
5. Develop and implement automations at key touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
6. Work closely with stakeholders to plan tailored content and develop testing plans to improve automation performance.
7. Provide regular reports and insights on automation performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and automation trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business innovation.

• Extensive experience in using automation software and AI platforms.
• High-level knowledge of multiple AI tools and technologies.
• Vast experience in managing CRM platforms and AI-powered chatbots.
• Excellent understanding of AI prompts and chatbot development.
• Experience in managing large projects, from initiation to completion.
• Background in the recruitment industry or a related field is highly desirable.
