Cable Winding Operative Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cable Winding Operative to join our team. As a Cable Winding Operative, you will be responsible for guiding and coiling undersea cable into storage tanks within a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physically fit and able to work as part of a team
- Manual labour tasks, including guiding and coiling undersea cable
- Strong communication skills for teamwork
- Steel-toed boots and ability to work in a dirty environment
Requirements:
- Mobile phone for SMS alerts
- CV and proof of eligibility to work in the UK
Working Conditions:
Shifts vary from 4 to 12 hours, with pay rates switching at time cross-overs. Day shifts are between 08:00am to 20:00pm, and night shifts are between 20:00pm to 08:00am.
