About the Role
Level : 3
Department: Adviser Support - Distribution
Location : England – fully remote (35 hours per week, Monday until Friday 9-5pm)
Contract type : Permanent
As a Paraplanner in the Adviser Support Centre, you will work closely with advisers from within QFP and support adviser campaigns across the national.
You will build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with other Paraplanners, Financial Planners and Business Assurance Accessors to create comprehensive suitability reports that exceed the minimum standard of quality that QFP expect to see.
Using research tools to analyse data, you will provide solutions to meet client's needs and objectives and evidencing reports to support research undertaken. This will also include, liaising with providers to obtain information and managing central data systems and trackers – always embracing digital ways of working and enhancing efficiencies.
This role will give you the opportunity to work with the wider QFA team to ensure contributions to the Quilter strategic priorities.

You will have experience within the financial planning industry to support your understanding of the processes we follow and the products we recommend, with a minimum requirement of Level 4 Diploma qualified. With your experience as a Paraplanner you are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Microsoft outlook.
