Job Opportunity: Regional Maintenance Manager

The successful candidate will oversee the safe and efficient management of maintenance teams in the Humber Region, ensuring all tasks are suitably planned and executed.

  • Maintenance planning and execution will be aligned with company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • The role involves implementing and maintaining KPI's and metrics to provide required information to various levels of the organization.
  • Candidates will work with peers to supply risk-assessed CAPEX funding requests to the Engineering and Project Teams.

To excel as a Regional Maintenance Manager at ACS Performance, applicants must have:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a regional maintenance managerial role, preferably on a top-tier COMAH site.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing safe systems of work practices, permit control, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Experience leading teams, including both on-site and remote workers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals to take their career to the next level. The salary range for this position is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
