Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Autism Specialist

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working with students with autism, providing individualized support and contributing to their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow individual education and behavior plans to ensure consistent and effective support for students.
  • Provide personalized support to students, ensuring that EHCPs are effectively implemented and reviewed.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging positive behavior through effective engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and fellow assistants to enrich the educational environment and support the school's success.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
  • DBS registered to the update service or willingness to apply with GSL Education.
