Job Summary

Gap Technical Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance work, and driving service delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and assist engineers on technical matters, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Support contracts on both reactive and planned maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery performance and reduce costs, implementing process improvements and best practices.
  • Conduct operational inductions for new starters, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform engineer audits, including PPE, vehicles, tools, and ladders, to ensure compliance with company standards.
