About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team in Newport, Wales. As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining client relationships, maximizing in-branch opportunities, and working with various teams to ensure an efficient process for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain client relationships and business
  • Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team
  • Generate your own leads and business
  • Work with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for clients
  • Provide exceptional client care and experience

What We Offer

  • On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year
  • Fully uncapped commission scheme
  • £22,000 - £28,000 Basic salary (dependent on experience)

Requirements

  • CeMAP qualification or an industry equivalent qualification
  • Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
  • Evidence of your right to work in the UK
  • Proof of Address
  • National Insurance
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Working Hours

  • This role is full time office based
  • Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00
  • Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00
  • Day off in lieu when working a Saturday

Essential Information

The successful candidate will undergo a probationary period before being entitled to a company car or car allowance.
