About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our members, helping them to achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to members
  • Assess and develop training programs to meet the needs of individual members
  • Provide guidance and support to members to help them achieve their fitness goals
  • Work collaboratively with other gym staff to ensure a high-quality member experience
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and initiatives

Requirements
  • Level 3 qualified Fitness / Personal trainer
  • Passion for health, fitness, well-being and all-round excellence
  • Lead from the front and by example, happy to get stuck in and set the standard for service
  • Have an unwavering commitment to understand the expectations of your members
  • Can work within the compliance parameters whilst delivering the highest service levels possible during the day to day running of the gym
  • Are proactive in business development and keen to grow your Personal Training client base
