Job Description

This office-based role involves communicating with distributors, providing technical customer service, and generating quotations. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing inquiries through various communication channels, participating in ongoing training for new systems and products, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product applications.
  2. Maintain project opportunities within the CRM system.
  3. Participate in regular training sessions on new systems and products.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000, with an additional company OTE bonus of 10% (capped at 20%). You will also receive 26 days holiday (increasing with service), pension contributions up to 10% from the employer, and a range of other benefits.

Benefits

In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, with 2-3 days per week spent in the office and 2-3 days from home. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition your technical experience into an office-based service-driven career.
