Job Title: Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge user interfaces and experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and products.
  • Advocate for best practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), to ensure high-quality code.
  • Participate in guilds to share knowledge and insights with other engineers.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Frontend development.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Redux, and Jest.
  • Advocacy for best practices, including TDD.
  • Collaborative mindset for guild participation.
  • Previous experience with Angular is a plus.

Interview Process:

The hiring process involves an initial 30-minute chat with the team lead for a deep dive into technical aspects and an opportunity for questions. A take-home tech task is assigned, followed by a final interview to review the task, delve into more technical questions, and assess culture fit.
