About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to join our team as a Lodge Manager at Bower Lodge, a stunning new development of 48 one and two bedroom retirement apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
  • Administer the maintenance of the property, including managing contractors and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for working with people.
  • Administrative experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative and good judgment to manage the safety and security of the development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
