Groundworker Specialist

About the Position:
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary of up to £35,500 based on experience, plus overtime potential of up to £14,000 extra.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manhole cover reinstatements and channel drainage replacements
- Perform excavation works to remove and replace defective underground drainage systems
- Carry out patch lining and drainage repairs, as well as CCTV investigations
- Undertake above ground drainage repairs and manhole channel and benching reconfigurations
Requirements:
- Hold a valid UK driving license with up to 3.5kg capacity
- Demonstrate a can-do work ethic and good communication skills
- Show a strong team player attitude and willingness to learn and progress within the role
- Maintain self-motivation, discipline, and a serious attitude towards health and safety in the workplace
- Have previous experience in the drainage/civils industry or be willing to learn
