About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague in Hull Newland Ave Express. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and support colleagues as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and operating the till system.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks appealing and inviting to customers.
- Contribute to the success of the store by suggesting ideas for improving customer service, sales, and store operations.
