**Job Summary**

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled CAD/EDA Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the design implementation process and providing support to our multi-site engineering teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive and oversee design implementation and design support towards successful tape-outs
  • Manage a diverse, multi-site EDA/CAD/PDK team, including hiring, scheduling, upskilling, and mentoring
  • Oversee workload, schedule projects, assign resources, and provide updates to internal management
  • Develop project environments, methodologies, and mixed-signal design flows for IC and System design engineers
  • Train and support the development of design flows for multi-site engineering teams using industry-standard EDA software

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of experience in IC Design and/or EDA/CAD Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex information
  • Ability to identify and analyze problems, devise plans, and implement solutions
  • Deep understanding of project execution requirements
  • Experience in managing a team or technical leadership
  • Hands-on knowledge of industry-advanced tools and techniques
  • Experience with data management tools for Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal projects
  • Experience in EDA Tools Admin (usage, installation, licensing)
  • Experience in leading and working with teams across different geographical sites

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience in EDA/CAD flows in Analog and Mixed-Signal and Digital designs
  • Experience in developing and implementing project environments and methodologies
