We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian to join our team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. As a Dietitian Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert nutrition support to patients in our acute care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a defined caseload of patients requiring acute nutrition support, using evidence-based and client-centered principles.
- Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement dietetic interventions in specialist inpatient and outpatient clinics.
- Work in partnership with other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards.
- BSc. Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent Dietetic Degree/Qualification with state registration.
- Postgraduate clinical experience, including this area of specialty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to travel throughout the community and UHB sites in a timely manner.
