About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Systems Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to software licensing and information compliance regulations in our use of business systems and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide staff training and support to ensure effective use of business systems and software.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to support staff training and system implementation.
  • Collaborate with staff teams and working groups to understand key challenges within existing systems and technology.
Requirements
  • Experience working with M365 applications and SharePoint, Teams, and other MS applications at super user or site collection admin level.
  • Ability to translate technical language into clear and jargon-free training/guidance.
Desirable Skills
  • Proficient in developing and delivering training to a range of skill levels (in person and remotely).
  • General understanding of data protection and information management best practices.
