A key aspect of this role is to provide support to speciality clinics in the assessment and management of patients with tuberculosis, working closely with the wider respiratory team and community services.

The post holder will also be responsible for providing telephone support for patients and families regarding appointments, home visits where necessary, and support at Out-patient venues.

This role requires strong computer skills for data entry, checking patient records, emailing, and appointment services. Flexibility and a dynamic approach are essential in delivering care to patients.

As a permanent part-time member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients across North Wales.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
