**The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated Work & Skills Coach to join our prison industries team at HMP Millsike. As a Work & Skills Coach, you will play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation and resettlement of prisoners.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will assist prisoners in completing their Employability Passport, tracking skills development and reflections. You will also help prisoners recognize and record their work skills, emphasizing their value for future employment.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for coaching and supporting others on their path to success. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with prisoners and colleagues alike.
