Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to build a pipeline of sales opportunities and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing relationships
  • Utilize market research and industry trends to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM system to ensure accurate and efficient sales data
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
