Podiatrist Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Podiatrist to join our team in Suffolk and South Norfolk. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients, working in a dynamic and supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Podiatrist to develop their skills and experience in a fast-paced and challenging role.

About the Role:
This role involves working as part of a highly motivated team, under the direction of a designated mentor, to provide a responsive podiatry service to patients within the area covered by our organisation. As a Podiatrist, you will be responsible for treating a caseload (50% under supervision), demonstrating good use of reflective practice in the care of patients, and utilising service guidelines and evidence-based care models.

Responsibilities:
- To promote the development of good team-working relationships and professional practice with all colleagues.
- To deliver high-quality clinical care to patients, including assessing and treating a diverse range of patients who may have complex needs and who are at high risk of lower limb complications.
- To plan and manage own caseload under supervision, which will include providing specialist care for those with diabetes, and those requiring nail surgery.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Working Conditions:
The post holder will work in various locations across Suffolk and South Norfolk. A strong emphasis is placed on flexible working, and we offer a cycle to work scheme, competitive salaries with annual benchmarking, and 27 days holiday (plus bank holidays) on starting, rising to 29 days (plus bank holidays) after 5 years service.
