Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing Team in Peterborough.
As a Community Staff Nurse, you will work as an autonomous practitioner within the multi-disciplinary team and neighbourhood team, providing high-standard nursing care and interventions within patients' own homes.
You will be accountable for assessing, interpreting, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment to patients within professional guidelines, ensuring patient and carer participation in decision-making.
Our team provides a service 5 days a week, working closely with other community services and PCNs to deliver high-standard holistic care to the population of Peterborough.
You will have opportunities to develop yourself, with extensive learning and development opportunities, and provide support and education to peers, new staff, and students.
