About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT and Business Change Administrator to join our team at Big Red Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT and business change project experience and will be able to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Change Initiatives: Support the planning, delivery, and tracking of both IT and business change initiatives.
  • Structured Change Management: Assist in delivering structured change management activities to support business transformation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and support process efficiency improvements, working with the Business Change Manager and wider teams.
  • Communications: Help deliver and manage communications for change initiatives.
  • Training: Contribute to training efforts by documenting requirements and supporting the design and delivery of training programmes.
  • Documentation: Document new processes for use in policy manuals, inductions, and as reference points for future change initiatives.
  • Project Planning: Plan and track project activities within the business change programme.
About You

You will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills and a keen interest in process improvement and business change. A strong background in IT and business change project experience is essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
