Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced administrative support staff member to join our team at UKC Legal. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering client calls, onboarding new clients, and providing general assistance to the legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering client calls and responding to queries
- Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition
- Providing general assistance to the legal team, including administrative tasks and data entry
Requirements:
- Experience in a law firm admin role, preferably with Leap legal software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and ability to work well under pressure
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with 1 hour for lunch. Must be available on the phone during working hours.
Remuneration:
- Salary: £23,000 per year
- 34 days paid annual leave
- Paid sick leave of 5 days per year after probationary period
