We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Home Improvement Agency (HIA) team as an Apprentice Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives and develop valuable skills and knowledge.

- Support the HIA team in delivering excellent customer service to vulnerable members of our community.
- Assist in the development and implementation of projects to improve the lives of our customers.
- Work closely with the Support Officer Team Leader to gain valuable experience and skills.
