Job Title: Child and Educational Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Educational Psychologist to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide psychological advice and support to schools, settings, and families in a designated area of the Local Authority. They will work under the supervision of the Principal and Senior Educational Psychologists to deliver a high-quality psychological support service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Schools: Deliver the graduated approach for children, young people, and young adults aged 0-25, who may have Special Educational Needs, through systemic work, casework, delivering training, and with knowledge of evidence-informed interventions.
  • Concerns: Support others about whom there may be a concern as outlined in the Code of Practice 2014.
  • Psychological Assessments: Carry out psychological assessments as part of the Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessment and Annual Review process.
  • Leadership: Lead on an area of interest within the service and contribute to the development of joined-up working with other relevant professionals and agencies.
  • Professional Development: Undertake personal performance review and planned professional development and contribute to the development of the Service.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational psychology and be able to work face-to-face in Gloucestershire. They will also require an Enhanced DBS disclosure.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive pay rate of £411.64 per day PAYE and a 37-hour working week, Monday to Friday, normal working hours. This is a 12-month contract assignment.
