Senior Sales Person - Plumbing & Heating

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Person - Plumbing & Heating to join our team at Huws Gray Saffron Walden. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales within the department and building strong relationships with our customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, whether in-store or over the phone, to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Plumbing & Heating products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
