Job Description
This is a leadership role within our Children's Social Work team, focusing on assisting the Team Manager in overseeing the care planning process for children with disabilities. Your primary responsibilities include preparing and presenting high-quality reports, collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative solutions, and contributing to the improvement of team practices.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill this challenging role. As an Assistant Team Manager, you will work closely with the Team Manager to achieve positive outcomes for children and their families. If you are passionate about delivering excellent social care services and possess strong leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of child protection policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lead by example and motivate team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary and Terms
