Reed Property & Construction is seeking a highly skilled Skilled Tradesperson to join our Empty Homes Property Team in South Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing repairs and maintenance, with experience working in occupied premises and delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including a tool allowance, flexible benefit pot, and company van for business use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks within properties
  • Conduct repairs to domestic plumbing installations
  • Manage installations and repairs of water mains supplies, heating system pipework, and drainage stop taps

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or at least 5 years of experience in this core trade
  • Experience working in occupied premises with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of best practices
