We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, including sales performance, customer service, and employee development.

- Train and educate team members on making drink processes and policies.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms.
- Complete reasonable tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Experienced in managerial/supervisor role in driving a high sales-focused culture in fast-paced food/beverage industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Legally eligible to work in the UK.
- Energetic person with positive thinking, with a can-do attitude.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with our customers and the team.
