Job Title: Lifting Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lifting Operations Manager to join our team at Altrad Babcock. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all lifting operations on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage all lifting construction management aspects of construction sub-contractors within the area of product or project.
  • Define specifications and standards and documentation to complete construction lifting activities.
  • Lead and optimise the construction lifting activities, including the interface with design and engineering teams, to ensure compliance with standards and legal requirements.
  • Apply governance across project lifting operations to ensure consistency of application.
  • Initiate audit and review of construction activities and site activities to ensure compliance with specification, schedule and legal obligations.
Requirements:
  • CPCS Appointed Person (Blue Card)
  • Construction Operations or Project Management experience and Subcontract Package Management experience
