This Sourcing Manager position involves leading and supporting key sourcing activities that directly impact colleagues and drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to source new suppliers, manage sourcing activities, develop category strategies, and facilitate project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to source new suppliers, managing sourcing activities across various HR categories, developing category strategies, facilitating project lifecycles, driving innovation, and contributing to demand management.

Responsibilities:
  1. Source new third-party solutions and optimise existing contracts.
  2. Manage sourcing activities across permanent resourcing, health & wellbeing, reward & recognition, learning & development, culture & leadership, and outsourced operations.
  3. Develop and deliver category strategies that align with business objectives.
  4. Facilitate all aspects of the project lifecycle, from supplier selection to performance measurement.
  5. Drive innovation through market analysis and foster strong relationships with internal teams and senior stakeholders.
  6. Contribute to demand management by simplifying service specifications and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sourcing HR and/or IT services with strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation, organisation, and influencing skills.
  • A collaborative team player with leadership abilities and confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Passion for driving impactful sourcing strategies that deliver measurable results.
