Role

A Mid-Weight Technical Project Manager at FX Digital drives the successful delivery of technical projects, empowering team members to innovate and excel. They utilize their expertise and skills to support the creation of project briefs, scopes, and deadlines with internal teams and clients.

This role involves working with development teams to deliver OTT/CTV projects to esteemed clients. These teams comprise developers/engineers, QA analysts, designers, product managers, and you.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the project process from concepting to planning, creation, QA, and delivery, guaranteeing accurate specification and efficient execution.
  • Encouraging and enforcing processes for effective project delivery.
  • Gathering requirements and creating briefs for new projects, estimates, project plans, SOWs, CRs, functional specs, invoices, and all other project documentation.
  • Clear communication of projects and deadlines within the production team, reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Outcomes reporting to the lead of project management, including financial performance and team performance.
Account Direction
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and open communication channels.
  • Regular meetings with clients to gauge satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Problem-solving and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Business Development
  • Participating in RFP responses by collaborating with relevant team members.
  • Identifying business opportunities for growth and expansion.
Team Leadership
  • Leading by example and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Supporting process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
  • Contributing to brainstorming sessions and idea generation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital project management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Leadership and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with industry tools such as Gitlab, JIRA, and Miro.
  • Strong documentation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
