This position involves serving customers at manned or self-scan checkouts, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with stock management, health and safety procedures, and other duties as required.

About the Role
  • Serving Customers: Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and operating tills efficiently.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels, rotate stock, and perform daily checks to ensure high product quality.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for colleagues, customers, and third parties.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare hot beverages and manage coffee shop inventory.

What You Need
  • GCSE Maths and English, Grade C or above (or equivalent), and/or 6 months of previous experience gained in the grocery sector or similar roles.
  • Previous experience working in a team environment.
