IT Technician

We are recruiting for an IT Technician - Apprenticeship role at Northern Skills Group, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT and work towards a level 3 qualification in Information Communication Technician.

The salary for this position is approximately £22,000 per annum, making it an attractive option for students or individuals looking to enter the IT industry.

Your main responsibilities will include providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving ICT problems and faults, and building and updating WordPress websites. You will also be expected to implement and adhere to security policies for ICT tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in IT, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

To be considered for this role, you must have a GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (grade 4) and possess analytical skills, initiative, and customer care skills.
