Job Description

Bord Na Mona is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Integrity Graduate to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the operations of renewable energy assets on a 12-hour shift rotation basis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • KPI reporting, root cause analysis, health and safety compliance, and performance management are key aspects of this role.
  • The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or automation practices, as well as a qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation disciplines.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or automation practices, principles, theories, and concepts is essential.
  • Preliminary technical reports on plant KPI and root cause analysis and reporting on plant outages are key deliverables.
  • Identify, understand, and apply all Health & Safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively participate in Performance Management to ensure delivery of own, and the wider team's, objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Completed Apprenticeship, Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation disciplines is required.
  • Internship in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Excellent technical report writing and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in AutoCAD or other similar technical design software is an advantage.

Salary Range: €50,000 - €65,000 per annum
