Recruitment and Employee Services Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment and Employee Services Coordinator to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. As a Recruitment and Employee Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR queries.
- Maintain the HR Tracker for accurate monthly statistics, including turnover and average time to hire.
- Contribute to HR projects, such as updating policies and improving HR systems.
- Input and update data in the HR Information System.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, employee services, and payroll administration. You will be responsible for managing the new starter process, including drafting contracts and ensuring all paperwork is processed.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is perfect for someone looking to deepen their HR knowledge and skills while contributing to a thriving organisation.
