Replenishment Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at Booker Group. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional results and ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need.
Main Responsibilities
• Ensuring that the team complies with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
• Reducing stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage.
• Reducing replenishment costs by ensuring stock is handled efficiently and products have appropriate space for rate of sale.
• Working with the stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales.
• Effective replenishment to ensure that the branch maintains availability for our customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing exceptional operational standards for our customers. You will be flexible in your management style, able to adapt to challenges, and enjoy working with and managing a team. Excellent communication skills are essential, and you will have some experience in supervising or managing a team.
