At SENDirect, we're seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our specialist SEN school. This is an excellent opportunity to support students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them achieve their potential and overcome challenges.

  • Support students with ASD and SEMH in their academic and personal development.
  • Help create a positive, nurturing learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored interventions.
  • Monitor student progress and celebrate their achievements.
  • Assist in developing lesson plans and learning resources.

Qualifications and Experience:
