Outlier is seeking a talented Mathematics Expert to contribute to the development and training of generative artificial intelligence models. As a freelance Math Expert, you will play a crucial role in helping us improve the accuracy and relevance of our AI models.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess the factuality and relevance of domain-specific text produced by AI models
- Craft and answer questions related to Mathematics
- Evaluate and rank domain-specific responses generated by AI models
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Mathematics or a related subject
- Experience working as a Math professional
- Ability to write clearly about concepts related to Mathematics in fluent English
Our pay rates for core project work by Math experts range from $22-37 per hour in the UK, $43-73 AUD per hour in Australia, and other locations. Rates may vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. Certain projects offer incentive payments.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity on the Outlier.ai platform. Because this is a freelance opportunity, we do not offer internships, sponsorship, or employment.
