**Join our Team as a Skilled Carpenter**

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our Property Team at Reed Property & Construction. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £41,000 per annum.

As a Carpenter with Reed Property & Construction, you will be responsible for carrying out various carpentry tasks, including repairs, installations, and maintenance. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out all forms of carpentry repairs
  • Performing both 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry tasks
  • Installing windows, doors, and door frames
  • Handling UPVC servicing and installation

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in carpentry, ideally within the Residential/Housing sector
  • Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent
  • Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of best practices
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience
